1972 Fender Twin Reverb Mods
I’ve been in love with my 1972 Fender Silverface Twin Reverb since the day I purchased it, but always felt like there was a little more I could be getting out of it. I saw Brian’s ad on Craigslist and sent an email asking if he performed any modifications to old fender amps. I ended up deciding to have a “Marshall” mod performed on the first channel as well as having new speakers installed (Celestion Vintage 30’s). The amp sounds so good now I never want to turn it off. The first channel now has a little more growl while the second channel retains the trademark fender chime, and I can now switch between each channel with an A/B box to alter my tone while I’m playing. Brian told me that the speakers needed to be broken in a little, and would sound better after being played for a few weeks. He was so right. The amp has a real tight bottom end and really sings. The best part is how versatile it is now. Thanks again Brian,

Tyler is a fantastic guitar player and plays lead for the Minneapolis band "Jake's Obsession", Go check em out!- "I have not had the opportunity to work with a better amp tech than Brian Hill. He was able to build me an amp exactly to my specs and refused to cut corners. He knows his craft. His workmanship is probably the best I've ever seen. His circuits are works of art, and I've caught myself just opening up the amp and staring at the workmanship! No kidding. I was extremely pleased with the results of his work and he was sure to let me know that if there were ANY changes/tweaks I wanted, he would be more than happy to sit down with me in his shop and fine tune the amplifier. He's a character and a real joy to speak to. Give him a call, you won't regret it. He's how custom amp building should be and I honestly wish him the BEST."

I went to Brian Hill's house to have some mod work done to my RAT pedal and he also fixed the bypass switch on a Digitech pedal I have. I played one of his amps and it sounded awesome.

This is a princeton in a tweed champ cab with a 8" speaker. I wanted a more portable amp but with the tweed princton tone. I play harp and wanted something I can just grab and go with. Cool little amp that sounds great. Thanks Brian

This is probably the quietest and best sounding blackface amp I've owned. I play blues based rock and roll and use a custom shop strat with fralin Blues Specials. I like the fact that this amp has the bias adjustment on the back of the amp and also the addition of a impedance switch so I can use differant cabs.

Skystreak Amp
The Skystreak is a simple strate foward amp to use with master vol and a TMB tonestack. It's a great amp for the classic Les Paul sound and makes my Standard with P90s sing like a bird. I told brian I wanted a aggresive amp that I didn't need to use a distortion or overdrive pedal with and this is it. I like to to crank it and use the volume on my guitar and when I back off the volume on my guitar it cleans up nicely. I use it with a 2x12 cab with one ToneTubby hempcone and a vintage 30. Great amp!

Super Deluxe Reverb
Hey Brian, It's Kenny the one who bought your deluxe reverb. I love it and it sounds great. Nobody can tell that your deluxe reverb that I have isn't a Fender other than the tube chart with your label on the bottom. Keep up the good work, Kenny.

Hotrod British 45
I've been playing about 28 yrs and yes I would kill somebody if they took it. The thing I love about it is that it looks better than most amps and sound just as good as it looks. I tried the Reissue Marshall JTM45 but who can afford it that works for living? I'm a starving musician and Brians sound just as good if not better. I doubt Marshall would take the time with me like Brian did?

Super Deluxe Reverb
I own several boutique amps and a number of vintage fender and Marshall amps. If it were stolen I'd need another because I depend on it for my sound and I'd be hard pressed to get it elsewhere. It's a great amp that faithfully reproduces the classic fender tone with a little more. Yes I tried several amps that sounded good but Brian was willing to go the extra mile.
