Hi and welcome to Hill Amplification. I've been a electronics service tech for over 20 yrs and I work in the industrial processing field. I've been servicing amplifiers since the late 70s and building amplifiers of my own design or clones of classic designs for over 15 yrs. I try to do work at a reasonable rate that working musicians and average people like myself can afford. Below is a referance of some common services I provide.

My shop rate for troubleshooting & amp repair work is $35hr + parts and average repairs or tune-ups take 1-2hrs. If I think the job will take longer than that,I will quote you a flat fee.

I also service other valvestate equipment like radios, PAs, audio equipment.

Standard flat fee services:

Replace filter capacitors small amps- Champs, Princeton etc. $35 + Parts.

Replace filter capacitors mid-large amps- Deluxe Reverb, JTM45, Super etc. $45 + Parts.

tuneup Include:

Clean controls,check tubes and clean tube sockets, Adj bias etc. $65 + Parts.

We also do cosmetic restoration of vintage amps and equipment.
